Salmon Ball

1 7 oz. can salmon, drained
1 4 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. tobasco
1 tsp. worchestire sauce
few drops liquid smoke flavouring (optional)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts(optional)
1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)


Cream cheese and salmon together, add remaining ingredients, or process all in a food processor. Chill overnight. Roll in walnuts and parsley.
