Peach Upside Down Cake

In Pan:
3 T melted butter
2 peaches (sliced half an inch thick)
⅔ cup of brown sugar

Cake:
¾ cup of granulated sugar
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1½ cups flour
⅔ cup milk





In a bundt pan (or 9x9 inch pan) add in the butter and grease the whole pan. Arrange the peach slices and sprinkle with brown sugar.

For the cake; cream together butter sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs and mix until pale. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Add in flour and milk mixing until just combined.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife comes out cleanly.

Invert pan onto serving platter immediately after removing from oven.
