Strawberry Pie

1 baked pie shell
1 quart ripe berries
1 cup sugar

1 1/3 cups water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch


Cook 1 cup berries, 1cup sugar and 1 cup water for 5 minutes.    Add cornstarch mixed with 1/3 cup water and cook till clear. Put 2 cups ripe berries in baked pie shell. Pour boiled mixture over berries. Chill. serve with whipped cream. Garnish with remaining berries.
