Hoisin Tenderloin

1 pork tenderloin
1 green onion chopped
3 slices of fresh ginger root finely chopped
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sherry, wine or lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp dry mustard


Combine all ingredients in microwave proof dish. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile cut tenderloin into 1.5” thick slices. When marinade is cool add meat and coat well. This is easiest to do in a ziploc bag. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight. BBQ meat while basting with marinade till meat is done to your taste.
